This online program recreates the same immersive, academic environment as our campuses. Faculty have direct experience in the I/O field, guiding students through rigorous online coursework that includes case studies, virtual events and collaboration with classmates from around the globe.

Concentration Options

Data Science Concentration

Learn to utilize data to investigate and analyze trends that help organizations to make informed and socially responsible decisions. Course content includes key concepts of data collection, mining, and analysis as well as exploration of the data science lifecycle. You will also learn how to navigate through several major data analytics platforms and receive guidance on data science certification options.

Human Resources Management (HRM) Concentration

Explore academic theory and best-practice solutions for HRM across a broad range of industries. This concentration equips you to take a leading role in developing and implementing processes, programs and policies that foster a more socially just workplace, including labor relations strategies, recruitment and selection practices, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Additionally, graduates of the program will be prepared to pursue certification with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Training and Development Concentration

Coursework in this concentration equips you to conduct a holistic assessment of an organization’s training and development program and identify areas of opportunity. You will learn to design and implement training programs to ensure equitable talent development pathways to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Adler University’s Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology is delivered completely online. It covers thirteen courses and can be completed in as little as 12 months.
